Description
This online workshop will guide you through the process of creating your STAAR Blitz centered around key Social Studies skills.
This course will be broken up into three different parts. The first is an examination of the Social Studies Skills assessed on the U.S. History STAAR, including different ways they are in both the TEKS and on the test. Next, you will be provided a model of practice templates guiding you through the type of thinking required for analyzing primary sources. Finally, you will see an example of a daily lesson for your STAAR Blitz.

- STAAR Teacher Analysis Questions
- Primary Source Practice Explanation
- Primary Source Practice Templates
You will also need to have access to your own STAAR data from the last 2-3 years as well as the STAAR released questions.
